Thank you for shopping with Marvelous Crystals! We take great care in packing and delivering your orders safely and on time. Please read our Shipping & Delivery Policy carefully to understand how your order will be processed.
1. Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays) after payment confirmation.
- You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
- Orders placed during promotions, holidays, or new product launches may experience slight delays.
2. Shipping Time & Delivery Estimates
- Within India: Orders are typically delivered within 5–10 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.
- Remote or rural areas may require additional delivery time.
- Delivery times are estimated and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen events.
3. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your order weight and destination.
- Free shipping is available for orders above ₹799.
- Any applicable shipping fee will be displayed before final payment.
4. Tracking Your Order
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.
- You can track your shipment directly on the courier’s website or through the link provided in your confirmation email.
- If you have not received your tracking details within 5 days of placing your order, please contact us at marvelouscrystals7@gmail.com.
5. Delayed or Missed Deliveries
- While we do our best to ensure timely deliveries, delays may occur due to courier service issues, natural events, or holidays.
- If your package is delayed beyond 15 days, please reach out to us for assistance.
- In case of a missed delivery attempt, the courier will usually try again or contact you directly.
6. Incorrect Shipping Address
- Please ensure all delivery details (address, pincode, phone number, etc.) are accurate and complete at checkout.
- We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.
- If your order is returned to us due to a wrong address, you may be required to pay an additional re-shipping fee.
7. Damaged Packages
- If you receive your order in a visibly damaged package, do not accept it from the delivery person.
- If you have already accepted it and find the product damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo or video proof at marvelouscrystals7@gmail.com.
- We’ll investigate and resolve the issue through a replacement or refund (as per our Refund & Return Policy).
8. International Shipping
Currently, Marvelous Crystals only ships within India.
We plan to expand internationally in the near future — please stay tuned for updates!
