  • Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order.

  • Once your order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

  • To request a cancellation, please email us at marvelouscrystals7@gmail.com with your order number and reason for cancellation as soon as possible.

2. Cancellation After Shipment

  • If your order has already been shipped, we unfortunately cannot cancel it.

  • You may still choose to return the item after receiving it, following our Refund & Return Policy.

  • Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable for canceled or returned items.

3. Refund for Canceled Orders

  • If your order is canceled within the eligible time frame, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • The refund processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

4. Non-Cancellable Orders

Some products are not eligible for cancellation, including:

  • Customized or made-to-order items

  • Gift cards

  • Items purchased during clearance or sale events
