1. Returns

  • We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.
  • To initiate a return, please email us at marvelouscrystals7@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

2. Return Shipping Costs

  • You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
  • If you are returning more expensive items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
    We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Please note that the following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Crystals or gemstones that have been used, customized, or altered
  • Gift cards or sale items
  • Personal or hygiene-related products (e.g., crystal rollers, pendants used on skin)

4. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your return.
  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method.
  • The refund processing time may vary depending on your payment method and financial institution.
  • Shipping costs (both original and return) are non-refundable.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at marvelouscrystals7@gmail.com.
Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos or videos showing the damage.
We will review your case and offer a replacement or refund as appropriate.

6. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
